Cancellation Policy
-10 minute grace period. Anything past 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled (and will be charged 50% of service) or may result in a shorter appointment and might cut out time for extras such as nail art.
-Cancellations must be done 2 days in advance.
-Cancellations made 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the service
-no call no show will be required to pay 100% of service before rebooking.
